Eligible Refund Cases
- If a technical error or issue occurs in the delivered project that resulted directly from our work.
- If the issue remains unresolved after reasonable attempts to fix it as agreed with the client.
Refund Request Conditions
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the project or service.
- The request must include a clear description of the issue along with relevant evidence or examples.
- We first attempt to resolve or fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If it cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the project nature.
Non-Refundable Cases
- If the project was completed successfully and approved by the client.
- If the service was custom-made or specially tailored for the client.
- If the client cancels the project after the start of development without any technical issue.
